Appointments

Please call our office to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment and in order to avoid an office visit charge, we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergency trauma calls or emergency surgeries.

Fees & Payments

Payment is required for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Currently we accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and debit cards. If we are a participating provider with your insurance company, we will file your claim on your behalf. Do keep in mind that ultimately payment is the patient’s responsibility.

Prescription Refill requests

Please contact your pharmacy and ask them to fax 512-617-5598 a prescription refill request to our office. At that time, your doctor will approve or deny the request.
